Birthday Parties
Our Magic Moonstone room is ideal for children's birthday parties. The room is huge and features a 12-seater dining table. We have a popular 2-hour package; with the first hour dedicated to playing the escape room and the second hour for party festivities (presents, food, birthday cake etc.). We can hide a personalised birthday message for your child, which they will find while playing the room. Please note we don't provide any food.
The pricing for the escape room portion is per the standard rates above. It is only an extra $100 (flat rate not per person) to hire the room for the extra hour.
Corporate Events
We are the best venue on the Gold Coast for corporate team-building events. Our large highly immersive rooms can cater for 9 to 14 people. Our rates can be as low as $30 per person for large corporate bookings. If required, we can even alter our schedule to suit your group, subject to availability.

Pay for 4 rooms in advance and the 5th one is free!
You have up to 12 months to play all the rooms. They can be rescheduled for free within the 12 months but not cancelled.

Escape rooms are hugely popular across the globe. Each room will have a different theme and your team will be racing against the clock to escape or accomplish an important quest. You will be working together to decipher clues and experiencing the thrill of solving puzzles and uncovering hidden secrets contained in the room. But beware, escape rooms are highly addictive! Our experiences are private, which means you won't be sharing the room with strangers.
Yes, please contact us to create the booking for you. There will be a link in the confirmation email to make a payment. As long as one person pays via the link to secure the booking, the balance can be paid on arrival and separately if required.
No you don't. If you add people, we will adjust the booking and take payment when you arrive. If there are fewer guests, we will refund you the difference as long as the minimum charge is covered.
Our rooms are unusually large and claustrophobia should not be an issue. Yes you will be able to leave if you need to, as every room is either unlocked or has an emergency exit button. Unlike many other escape rooms, you will be welcome to re-enter the room.
Yes! Each companion card holder can bring an extra person for free. During standard weekdays the minimum charge will not apply. On weekends, school holidays and public holidays the minimum charge does apply, so there must be at least 2 full paying guests to get one free. Please call us to create a companion card booking.
All rooms are fully accessible, except for The Flaming Pearl which is not suitable for a wheelchair due to pre-existing stairs
Babies in a pram and young children are welcome, but parents are fully responsible for their safety and well-being. Please be mindful that some rooms are horror themed and may frighten them. Children under 9 are free.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the event time for free. Rescheduling less than 2 hours before the event time will incur a $20 fee. A maximum of 2 reschedules are allowed per booking. Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the event time will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to the event time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
